As Easy As ABCThe ABC-EVENTS module is a back office catering package that enables the creation, tracking, and billing of events hosted by your club. Billing activity integrates seamlessly with the General Ledger module (ABC-GL).

The module consists of two principle elements: the Estimate Worksheet and the Function Worksheet. The estimate worksheet creates a new event and provides easy set up and recording of all the elements of catering an event. After preparation the Estimate Worksheet can be printed and used to submit for approvals. Once the estimate is approved, the Function Worksheet is opened for recording actual operation of the event, payments, and final reconciliation.

  • Any Intel Pentium/IV or CoreDuo based PC with 1.8ghz or faster processor and 512mb RAM

  • Windows 2000/XP/VISTA and Windows 2000/2003 server platforms

  • Hard disk storage, memory, and processor speed appropriate to size of user's database files, and other system needs
