The
ABC-FR Facility Reservation software is a fully featured reservation
system for a variety of facility types from golf courses to athletic
clubs to dining, banquet, or meeting rooms. Analysis of existing reservations
and history of past reservations may be reported to screen display
or printed. Inquiries may be made for guest name, member number, or
event code for any facility and date. Integrate with the Lodging module
(ABC-LDG) and Point-of-Sale (ABC-POS) for a complete
resort reservations and
billing system.

size of user's database files, and other system needs

Reservation Report and Reservation
Analysis Report by guest name, member
number, or even event code for any
facility and date for future or past period.
Print receipts, tee time and reservation
schedules, and gang print shotgun
receipts with starting hole assignments.
Maintain reservation history indefinitely
limited only by disk space available.
Post transactions and deposits to reservations via integrated ABC-POS Point-of Sale system interface.
