The ABC-LDG module is a complete reservations, billing, and accounts receivable system. It also provides a batch interface to the ABC-GL General Ledger system and real time interfaces to the ABC-MAR Membership and ABC-POS Point-of-Sales modules.

Reservations can be initiated, processed, or canceled for any date(s) and for any room type in your room master file. Guests may be either the general public, members, or guests of members. The system provides share-with multiple reservations per room and folios may be assigned and/or de-assigned to other rooms/folios for group billing. All guest charges, deposits, payments, and end-of-day room billings are recorded on the guest statement which can be viewed or printed at any time. Room folios also can be transferred to any member's account.

The system provides for general reservation tracking, automatic end-of-day billing and inquiry regarding past, present, and future reservations. Various sales analyses, forecasts, and occupancy reports are also available.
