As Easy As ABCABC-MAR software is intended for use by "membership" organizations such as golf & country clubs, tennis clubs, yacht clubs, city clubs, university clubs, and health clubs.

The main functions of the system include membership tracking, billing of recurring charges to member accounts, A/R, billing of discretionary charges to member accounts, optional EFT direct debit service, general member information and demographics, sales analysis, and general accounting journals related to member activity.

Accounting reports include member statements, aging reports, and sales and cash receipts journals. In addition a variety of management reports are available providing a comprehensive analysis of member activity and business performance.
