As Easy As ABCThe ABC-POS system consists of two components and has been optimized for use by membership organizations along with the ABC-MAR Membership module.

The foundation module is the Office Manager (ABC-POS) which is used to set up retail and F&B items and menus, purchase and receive inventory, record physical inventory counts, control workstation behavior, process workstation activity, and to provide various management, sales, and activity reports.

The other module is the Workstation module (ABC-HTS touch screen POS) used by retail and F&B staff to process orders. A multi-currency option and an interface to the ABCS Lodging module (ABC-LDG) are available.

ADVANCED FEATURES
  1. Provides F&B menu explosion for cost analysis and inventory control. Automatic roll up of materials inventory costs to menu items.
  2. Permits members or lodging guests to charge and members, guests, or the general public to pay by splitting tender between credit card, cash, check, gift certificate, credit book, script, other, no charge, or any combination of these.
